There are five sets of easy rapids with the last one being the most challenging. The water is three to four feet deep most of the way with some areas as deep as 20 feet.

Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Bring a Cooler: Plastic coolers are allowed and encouraged. With many picturesque spots to stop along the way, visitors can pull their raft ashore and enjoy a packed lunch. Styrofoam coolers or cups and glass bottles are not permitted.
- Do Bring Your Dog: Mountain Air Sports River Rafting is one of the few companies that does allow dogs on the rafts.
- Don't Forget Your Sunblock: During the Summer it can get quite hot and since the ride can last as long as three hours, its recommended to wear sunblock.
- Don't Bring Electronics: Although the water current is slow and one can make it through without getting wet, it is probably best to leave pricey electronics such as digital cameras and smart phones on dry land to avoid any mishaps.
