- Don't Bring Your Kids: The posh Edgewood Tahoe Golf South Lake Tahoe resort is too expensive for children, and there aren't any activities geared toward children to speak of.
- Don't Come During the Tournaments: Edgewood hosts a prominent celebrity golf championship on TV each year, during which the course is closed to the public. Although reservation scheduling should take care of things, make sure you double check when the course is closed before dropping by to visit.
