- Special Adventures: For those looking for something a little extra, Tahoe Adventure Company offers unique packages that include star gazing on the shores of Lake Tahoe, sunset and moonlit tours, and completely customized tours for the individual customer.
Inside Knowledge: Paying with credit card will result in a 3% extra charge for your Lake Tahoe kayak rentals. Paying in cash is advisable if possible.

- Do Go as a Beginner: Experienced guides and training sessions will allow even the most inexperienced guest to experience kayaking Lake Tahoe.
- Don't Try to Kayak in the Winter: Lake Tahoe kayak and paddleboard rentals are suspended in the winter, with re-opening usually in May of each year.
- Don't Forget to Make a Reservation: Don't forget to book your Tahoe Mountain bike tours or Lake Tahoe kayak rentals in advance.
