Last season proved to be fantastic as predicted with skiers enjoying the snow, prices, and terrain at popular ski reports such as Sugar Bowl (closest major Tahoe Resort to Sacramento and the Bay Area), Alpine Meadows (always lots of snow) and Northstar ("your Tahoe place for kids....") on the North Shore, Home wood (great deals and views) on the West Shore and the local’s favorite on South Shore, Kirkwood. All the ski and snowboard resorts in Lake Tahoe had great snow and we expect more of the same this ski season.
