The fully equipped kitchen features all the
latest amenities, and new appliances. The living room includes telephone, satellite
TV, Internet connectivity and cozy gas log fireplace. Both the kitchen and
living room have vaulted ceilings, arched windows and entryways.
This cabin is in a quiet family neighborhood, conveniently
located four blocks from downtown and the beach in
beautiful King's Beach. Private parking for two cars is
included.
In summer, enjoy boating, swimming, white water
rafting, canoeing, jetski and horseback riding, all located
nearby. Also available are fishing, hiking, playground, biking,
golf and tennis, conveniently located near the cabin.
In winter, snowboarding, cross-country and downhill skiing
are available a short distance away.
Enjoy the area's restaurants, casinos, shopping,
state/national parks and historic areas at all times of the
year.

Tahoe Cedarwood Rates:
Regular Daily Two Night Minimum $180.00 per Night
Summer Daily Two Night Minimum $200.00 per Night
Holiday Daily Three Night Minimum $200.00 per Night

Christmas & New Years Six Nights Minimum $1000.00 for Six Nights
Reservation Deposit $200.00
Rates above include cleaning fees and snow removal services.
Rates above do NOT include pay-per-view movie rentals, damage, or local taxes of 10%.
Summer rates are charged for the period from July 1st to September 7th.
Holidays are subject to a three night minimum stay.
Check-In is at 4:00 pm. Check-Out is at 11:00 am. There is a $100 fee for late check-out. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion.
Refundable Reservation / Damage Deposit:
The reservation deposit is refundable and required to hold your reservation, and can be placed on a credit card over the phone. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you a confirmation for the credit card transaction, as well as directions. Upon your arrival, you will pay the fee for the total booking, plus applicable taxes, and the deposit will convert to a damage deposit. Within one week after your departure, the deposit will be refunded to the card it was charged, less damage costs and any pay-per-view movies rental fees.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a thirty (30) day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days prior to your check-in arrival date, your deposit will be refunded to you, less a $25 transaction fee. If you cancel your reservation 29 or fewer days before your check-in arrival date, your entire deposit is forfeit. This allows us to recover part of the cost and risk of recovering the rental days.
Restrictions for the Christmas and New Years Holidays:
The Christmas and New Years holidays are subject to a six night minimum stay. If your stay is shorter than the minimum, you will still be billed for the six night rate. The reservation deposit must be made at the time of booking. The entire rental fee must also be remitted by December 1st.
